Appointment Policy
All appointments are by scheduled booking only. As a mobile service, we manage timing to ensure the best experience for you. We require a $25 deposit to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of the appointment unless you prefer to prepay in full. Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Group appointments are welcome; please contact us in advance to coordinate.
Mobile Service Area
Saint Soleil is a mobile-only service, exclusively serving clients on the peninsula of downtown Charleston, South Carolina, from The Battery up to the Crosstown. If you're just outside our limits, feel free to reach out — we may still be able to accommodate you.
Health & Safety
Please notify us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. We use high-quality, professional-grade products designed to be safe for most skin types. Spray tanning is not recommended during pregnancy or for those with certain skin conditions without medical approval.
Payment
A $25 deposit is required at booking to hold your appointment. The remaining balance is collected at the appointment unless prepayment is preferred. We accept credit/debit cards and digital payments.
Aftercare
We provide a luxurious aftercare kit with every tan to ensure the best results. Please follow the aftercare instructions provided to maximize your tan’s longevity and appearance.
Accessibility
We strive to accommodate all clients and provide ADA-compliant services. Please let us know if you require any special accommodations.
Late Arrival Policy
To respect all clients’ time, please be ready and prepared at your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
Weather Policy
As a mobile service, we prioritize safety and quality. In the event of severe weather (rain, storms, or other unsafe conditions), appointments may be rescheduled. We will notify you promptly if weather affects your appointment.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please note that there are no refunds for completed services.
Privacy & Confidentiality
We take your privacy seriously. All client information is kept confidential and used solely for service purposes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your tan, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to address any concerns and may offer touch-ups or adjustments at our discretion.
